At swvws, we understand that sometimes expectations and reality don't align perfectly. No worries – our return process is crafted to be simple and stress-free to ensure your absolute satisfaction.
Eligibility & Potential Fees:
- You have a generous 15 days from receiving your items to make returns.
- Your return package must be on its way within 14 days from the date we shared the return instructions with you.
- To be eligible, items must be unworn, in pristine condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Hygiene stickers must be untouched, and any signs of washing or alterations disqualify items from a refund.
- Regrettably, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not covered unless there's a quality issue or a hiccup with the order.
How to Start a Return:
- Begin the return journey by sending a chic request email to support@swvws.com, gracefully stating your reason.
- Expect to hear back from us within 24 hours, adorned with detailed return instructions.
- Oh, and a gentle reminder – items sent without the prior ballet of a return request will not be pirouetting their way back to acceptance.
Shipping the Item(s) Back:
- Reach out to us to initiate this dance of a return request.
- Pack your items with the grace of a prima ballerina, including a slip with the order number, and ship with a tracking number.
- Share this magical tracking number with us, and we'll be sure to follow the elegant moves of your package upon its arrival at our enchanting facilities.
Where is My Refund?
- After the graceful ballet of processing your return, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to pirouette back into your original payment method.
- Just a gentle reminder – the original shipping fee, like a fleeting dance, is non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Fancy a wardrobe change? Contact us at support@swvws.com to commence a request for a glamorous exchange.
- Detailed instructions will whirl their way to you within a maximum of 24 hours.
Not Accepted for Return:
- Swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, and the backstage crew: event/party supplies and DIY supplies.
- Items with broken hygiene seals – because a flawless performance requires sealed elegance.
- Final Sale items – no encore for these showstoppers.
- Made-to-order and custom items – crafted just for you, and therefore, uniquely yours.
- Other non-returnable items, such as swimwear, beauty products, and personal care goods – the stars of their own performances.
Additional Important Information:
- While we're used to swift moves, expedited shipping time can't always be guaranteed during the holiday season.
- Let your returns pirouette to the address on the shipping label we provide, not the sender's address on your package.
- Ensure only the stars of the show, the swvws items, grace your return package – we won't be responsible for extras making an uninvited entrance.
- Express shipping fees, like a ticket to the front row, cannot be refunded due to personal reasons.
- Sadly, we can't refund holiday-related items for arriving fashionably late, as shipping times are beyond our control. Secure them at least 20 days before the event.
- With warehouses scattered like hidden treasures, we can't guarantee your order's voyage from the closest one due to stocking.
- If you've had a change of heart, request an order cancellation before the shipment sets sail from our warehouse – once it's on its way, it's destined for the stage.
- Our size, like a theatrical performance, is based on the US size. The size reference is harmoniously converted for consistency.
